Dr. Frank Karow
Dr. Frank Karow co-founded SHD System-Haus-Dresden GmbH in 1990 and led the company to success for 34 years. He retired from active business operations in early 2025 and now advises the ITTC Group on M&A. With his extensive experience in corporate management and strategic development, he supports the ITTC Group in successfully implementing growth and acquisition opportunities.
Alberto Pricoli
Alberto Pricoli has over 26 years of experience in the IT security industry, specializing in network security, PKI and identity management, digital payments, and building international enterprise business units. His roles have included leadership positions at Google Cloud, Palo Alto Networks, Ontrex, Arcot/CA, and currently at Snowflake. His work is characterized by strong strategic thinking, a coaching approach, and a consistent focus on results. With his cybersecurity expertise, he supports the ITTC Group in developing future-proof solutions for operators of critical infrastructure.
Dr. Hai Cheng
Dr. Hai Cheng holds a doctorate in communications engineering and is one of Germany's leading experts in telecommunications and fiber optic networks. He has over two decades of management experience in both publicly listed and private companies and works closely with international private equity firms, focusing on portfolio management. His guiding principles as an advisory board member are an active and engaged role, reliable and continuous support, and a clear outside-in perspective.
